Location: This hotel is conveniently located near all of the main attractions in the city center. Staff: The staff, especially Jose Carlos at reception, were very friendly and helpful.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location was absolutely perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the value for money. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were exactly what I needed. The room was comfortable, with free WiFi that worked flawlessly. Plus, the breakfast included two fruits - apple and banana - which was a nice touch.
The lack of individual air-conditioning.

The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local nightlife. it is situated close to a university campus, providing a lively atmosphere and opportunities to interact with students. The friendly staff is knowledgeable about the area and willing to offer suggestions for things to do and see.
The hotel facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear, which may detract from the overall experience.

Convenient location opposite a famous Basilica, with easy access to the city tour bus. Clean rooms with friendly staff, especially Jose Carlos. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant or cafe. Room 503 on the top floor had a large terrace showcasing great views. Staff provided helpful recommendations and directions for attractions and warned about pickpocketing. Near sunset, the incredible view of San Francisco El Grande was a highlight. 🌇
